SAEMO “세모” means “triangle” in Korean.
It’s an homage to the triangular layout of our small, humble corner space within the MAKE Building at Anaheim Packing District.
We operate with the rule of thirds in mind — 3 mains, 3 sides, 3 sauces, 3 drinks. We plan on rotating and revamping the entire menu twice a year. While the menu changes, the constant is rooted in our rendition of approachable Korean American comfort cooking.

SAEMO was created and developed by a pair of LA-based Korean American restaurant veterans.
Creative Director Arnold Byun (Atomix, Eleven Madison Park, Soho House) and Culinary Director Kyungbin Min (Hanchic, Little Sister, Kali) have combined efforts to present an elevated takeout concept that incorporates Korean-inspired flavors into familiar, beloved American staples.
Our chef-driven menu is simple, singular, and seasonal. We approach simplicity with focus and discipline. We believe in doing a few things exceptionally well. We aim to create a mindful and memorable takeout experience.
